Seminar by MPD vice units is learning opp for youth services providers

On Tuesday, February 23 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, MPD will hold a public vice seminar.   The purpose of the event is to share the successes of MPD's vice units and to educate the public about the ongoing drug issues plaguing the city.
